How long does it take to process my order?

The Transforming Center aims to package and ship all orders within two business days of the order being placed. We are often able to get items out the same or next day, however, we may occasionally need an extra day or two, especially during peak seasons and certain weeks of the liturgical year. If you have any concerns about when you will be receiving your order, please feel free to reach out to our support team.


How long will my order be in transit?

After your order is processed, transit time for domestic shipping is typically 2-5 days depending on your chosen shipping method.


What is the difference between Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express?

Of the two, Priority Mail is the less expensive option from the USPS and will typically arrive at its destination within 1-3 business days depending on the distance traveled. Please note, that the USPS does not guarantee these delivery times. Priority Mail Express is the more expensive option offered by the USPS. Packages shipped this way are guaranteed to arrive within 1-2 days depending on distance traveled and Post Office acceptance time. The Transforming Center does not offer Express Mail service as an option on its shipping menu. However, if there is an extenuating circumstance or urgent need to receive your resources via overnight or guaranteed next day delivery, please contact our support team and we will do our best to provide an expedited option at the Express Mail rate offered by the USPS.


So if I choose 2-Day shipping at checkout, will my order arrive two days from when I placed the order?

Not necessarily. Though your order will only spend two days in transit, we may need some extra time to process and package your order at our office. While we make every effort to process orders quickly, often even in the same day, please allow two business days for processing in addition to shipping time. See our shipping policy above and feel free to contact us if you have concerns about receiving your order on time.


There are a few titles in our store which are printed on an “on-demand” basis from the publisher, usually for mutliple-copy orders. Titles which are fulfilled this way will have a note on the product page and will require additional time for processing and shipping. Please allow 5-10 days for direct shipping of more than 5 print-on-demand copies. If you have concerns about receiving these by a specific time, please contact our support team and we will be happy to advise.


What if I need multiple copies of a book or other resource?

We are able to carry enough stock to fulfill most orders in a timely manner. However, occasionally we may not be able to maintain sufficient supply to fulfill larger orders of a particular title. In those cases, we will usually need to order the items and have them drop shipped directly from the publisher to the customer. Before we do so, we will contact the customer to inform them about the situation. Depending on a publisher’s supply and their shipping procedures, these orders may require additional time to reach their destination, usually not more than 5 extra days.


How do I apply a discount code to my order?

We've outlined step-by-step instructions for adding a coupon code on both mobile and desktop check-outs. Follow the instructions at this link and feel free to reach out to our support team if the problem continues. Please note: We are not able to refund the difference if your discount code is not applied when your order is placed.
